Analyst Recruiting

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to manage the recruiting process from requisition through onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify and present qualified candidates.
• Cook up interviews and serve as a trusted recruiting partner for hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with OFCCP regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
• Build and maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Aid in recruiting analytics, reporting, and hiring process improvements.
• Support recruiting events and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of progressive HR or recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and corporate compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based recruiting tools.
• Ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of immigration processes and recruiting compliance.
• Experience supporting high-volume or corporate recruiting in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
