Recruiter (Temporary Workforce & Onboarding)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for temporary and hourly roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
• Post job openings, source candidates, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Screens resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Cook up and facilitate onboarding for new hires (orientation, paperwork, system setup)
• Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed (background checks, I-9s, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (e.g., ADP, Smartsheet)
• Communicate onboarding details clearly with new hires and internal teams
• Process and operations
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates on recruiting progress
• Support high-volume hiring initiatives and hiring events as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or temp staffing environments
• Experience with onboarding processes and HRIS systems (ADP experience a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience hiring for hourly or warehouse/manufacturing roles
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and workforce management tools
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
