About the role

The recruiter supports high-volume hiring during peak business periods, attracting, screening, and interviewing for a variety of hospitality positions. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and permanent hospitality positions based on business needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
• Review applications and conduct screenings via phone calls, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate hiring events, open interviews, and recruitment campaigns.
• Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and support background check processes.
• Provide support with offer letters and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and hiring volume.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity practices.
• Support onboarding and orientation experiences to create memorable first impressions.
• Stay aligned with recruitment practices that embrace a family spirit, elegance, and genuine kindness in hospitality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role in a high-volume hiring environment.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury, resort, or hotel settings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation with a guest-centric mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
