About The Role

We are seeking a mid-level Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of specialized experience in recruiting cleared professionals, particularly those requiring Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) clearances. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and securing highly qualified technical talent to support mission-critical programs within the Intelligence Community and other government agencies. This role demands a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in government contract recruiting, clearance requirements, and the cybersecurity landscape. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, capture teams, and program leaders to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance with all clearance and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in cleared recruiting, with a focus on Full Scope Polygraph positions
  • Proven success in placing candidates within Intelligence Community (IC) contracts and programs
  • Deep understanding of clearance types (TS/SCI, CI Poly, Full Scope Poly) and crossover processes
  • Strong ability to source passive cleared talent through various channels
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Able to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
  • Knowledge of government contracting and security clearance procedures

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for technical and functional roles requiring security clearances
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates with active clearances across agencies such as NSA, CIA, NGA, and related partners
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of cleared professionals including Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity SMEs, Systems Engineers, and Analysts
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, capture teams, and program leaders to understand technical requirements and clearance constraints
  • Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, clearance availability, and competitive landscape
  • Manage candidate negotiations, offer strategies, and pre-employment processing activities
  • Maintain accurate records within ATS/CRM systems to track recruitment progress and compliance
  • Participate in cleared job fairs, networking events, and community engagement initiatives to expand talent network
