About the role
To be based in Miami, USA with key duties as follows:
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent planning and role requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback.
- Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build a strong employer brand through targeted outreach, social media presence, and talent marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies during all hiring processes.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university engagements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a passion for candidate experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience and knowledge of U.S Construction and / or Real Estate Development sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
