About the role

A talent acquisition specialist is needed to support the hiring process. This role will work closely with the HR team to ensure all recruitment activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for the roles
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through various channels
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Prepare and distribute job postings to attract qualified candidates
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, sending out offers, and managing paperwork
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
