About the role
A talent acquisition specialist is needed to support the hiring process. This role will work closely with the HR team to ensure all recruitment activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for the roles
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Prepare and distribute job postings to attract qualified candidates
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, sending out offers, and managing paperwork
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
