About the Opportunity
The Recruiter is responsible for attracting and securing qualified talent across designated functional areas within the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. The position plays a key role in maintaining an efficient hiring process and building a talented workforce that supports the organization's mission and commitment to high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functional areas.
- Screen and interview candidates through phone, audio, and video platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand current and anticipated staffing needs.
- Manage candidates efficiently through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Evaluate and recommend qualified candidates and support the job offer process.
- Monitor recruiting trends, metrics, and outcomes to identify process improvements.
- Use internal and external sourcing resources to identify qualified talent.
- Leverage social media, digital platforms, and creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
- Maintain consistent communication and engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the organization's mission, culture, brand, and career opportunities professionally.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Collaborate with recruitment and HR colleagues to support organizational talent acquisition goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience with recruiting responsibilities.
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, leadership, and recruitment teams.
- Working knowledge of recruiting practices, compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within large, complex organizations.
- Proficiency with social media and digital platforms for talent sourcing and engagement.
- Experience partnering with leaders across multiple business functions.
Pay
- Hourly pay range: $33.05–$49.60 per hour.
