- Source and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews
- Negotiate offers
- Maintain ATS data
- Track metrics
- Support TA initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years full-cycle corporate recruiting
- Strong sourcing, screening & interviewing
- Hiring manager/stakeholder management
- ATS & MS 365 experience
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud is a plus
- AI-enabled recruiting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Pay
$38-39/hr
