About The Role Pallet is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the entire business recruiting function from ground zero as we scale rapidly and prepare for our next growth phase. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Talent, the CEO, and other senior leaders to develop and execute innovative hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business functions. As a key strategic partner, you will be deeply involved in leadership conversations, understanding the business drivers behind each role, and ensuring our hiring efforts align with company objectives. Your impact will be immediate and long-lasting as you build scalable processes, craft compelling talent branding initiatives, and foster relationships with high-caliber candidates in a competitive AI and SaaS market.
