About the role

Join Devereux, a leading national nonprofit behavioral health organization, as a Part‑Time Remote Recruiter (20 hours/week, M‑F availability). You will identify and attract top talent, collaborating with the Senior People Operations Generalist and Devereux DESS Centers to meet staffing needs and enhance the employee value proposition. Your duties include developing comprehensive sourcing strategies, managing recruitment processes, and contributing to strategic planning efforts. DESS partners with child‑serving institutions to provide early learning, behavioral and mental health treatment, academic interventions, prevention programming, direct staff placement, diagnostic evaluations, and consultation services to school districts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts multi‑site recruitment for Devereux Center's specialty roles on a national scale (in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition).
• Manages the initial recruitment process of attracting, sourcing, and phone‑screening qualified candidates to recommend for interviews.
• Utilizes traditional and modern recruitment methods to post positions and source candidates.
• Develops candidate pipelines for anticipated future needs to reduce time‑to‑hire/fill, expands the candidate pool organization‑wide, and improves candidate quality.
• As needed, assists with supporting Center high‑volume needs, executive‑level recruitment, program expansion, recruiter vacancies, and international recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably Recruitment) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems, specifically applicant tracking systems.
