Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Efficiently fill open positions.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Utilize emerging technologies for recruitment.
- Administer end-to-end hiring cycles.
- Maintain a continuous monitoring of the hiring process, including:
- Application review to ensure candidates are moving through the process efficiently and timely.
- Review voice auditions and record results.
- Cook up interview schedules, as needed.
- Finalize the hiring paperwork and work to resolve any issues and concerns.
- Complete final offer with candidate.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is up to $47,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
