Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular onsite visits to client facilities to monitor workforce performance, meet with plant supervisors, and ensure our staffing solutions are meeting their production goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for light industrial roles (assembly, warehouse, machine operation, etc.). This includes sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and drug screening.
- While current volume is in Fountain Inn, you will be responsible for representing our brand and maintaining visibility across the entire Greenville market.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to handle urgent client needs or worker issues outside of standard business hours.
- Conduct onsite safety walkthroughs and ensure all field employees are adhering to both client-specific and OSHA safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in light industrial staffing, high-volume recruiting, or account management within the manufacturing/logistics sector.
- Mobility: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. This role requires significant travel within the Upstate (50%+) to be present at client sites.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment without daily in-person supervision.
- Communication & Documentation: Multitasking, proven ability to "jungle" multiple priorities—filling a 20-person order in the morning while conducting an onsite check-in in the afternoon.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Greenville/Fountain Inn industrial landscape is a significant plus.
