About the role
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and corporate positions from intake through offer acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple markets.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to identify the best talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Provide market insights, talent trends, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
- Guide hiring managers through interviews, candidate selection, and offer development.
- Build trusted relationships while delivering an exceptional hiring experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
- Deliver a professional, engaging, and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Manage multiple requisitions while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
