About the role

The client is seeking two experienced Recruiter – Pharmacy Talent Acquisition professionals to join a newly established Pharmacy Talent Acquisition initiative supporting pharmacist hiring across multiple states.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for licensed pharmacist positions across a multi-state territory.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive pharmacist candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search techniques, networking, and internet sourcing methods.
  • Screen, qualify, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with hiring requirements.
  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner to Pharmacy Managers and Group Pharmacy Managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Consult with hiring leaders on recruiting strategy, market conditions, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Actively market the organization as an employer of choice while effectively communicating the value proposition to pharmacist candidates.
  • Drive candidate movement throughout the recruiting lifecycle while minimizing delays and reducing requisition aging.
  • Influence stakeholders to maintain recruiting momentum and avoid losing top talent in a competitive marketplace.
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate pipeline health, and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years extensive experience managing full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or agency recruiting environment.
  • Healthcare, clinical, and licensed healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Pharmacy recruiting experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting difficult-to-find or highly specialized talent.
  • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using multiple recruiting channels.
  • Advanced Boolean search expertise.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Internet sourcing tools.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage recruiting pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare, clinical, and licensed healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Pharmacy recruiting experience is beneficial but not required.

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
