Recruiter III
Location: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or Seattle, WA. This is a contract position designed to provide temporary support as a backfill.
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay
$40 - $45 per hour. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
