Why This Role Matters

As a Recruiter at Rad AI, you will play a crucial part in building a high-performing, mission-driven team. You will support hiring across various functions including implementations, support, customer success, product management, and engineering. Your role involves identifying and engaging the right candidates who will shape the future of healthcare AI. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and recruit for a variety of roles across different functions, including engineering, product, customer success, operations, and more.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand unique department needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Ensure a smooth and exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process.
  • Drive local recruiting presence, engaging with local markets, events, and networks to build pipeline across all roles.
  • Promote Rad AI’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent who align with our values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and operations.
  • Ensure our hiring practices reflect our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Collaborate with People Team and company leadership to improve operational processes and ensure a seamless hiring process for new hires.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience across a wide range of functions, with multiple runs at tech startups.
  • Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles, from technical to non-technical positions.
  • A strong understanding of the entire recruiting lifecycle, with a focus on sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Experience with the Ashby applicant tracking system and a strong commitment to data integrity and building scalable processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings and stakeholders efficiently without compromising quality.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process.
  • Able to maintain strong data integrity and report on key recruiting metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Must have and maintain US work authorization.

Compensation Range

$140K - $160K
