We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic recruiting professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping the workforce of our organization, encompassing the full spectrum of talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in human resources, demonstrating the ability to leverage extensive experience and sound judgment to drive organizational success. Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent for open positions
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and extend competitive job offers to selected candidates
  • Facilitate comprehensive new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback and insights from departing employees
  • Process and manage changes in employee status, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, and procedures to daily operations
  • Plan and accomplish departmental goals by relying on extensive experience and professional judgment
  • May lead and direct the work of other human resources team members as needed

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in recruiting

Pay

The pay range for this position is $44.89/hour - $50.88/hour.
