Recruiter II

About the role

Baptist Health is seeking a Recruiter II to join their Talent Acquisition Team at their Systems Services Center. The position is remote and requires residency in Kentucky or Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through various methods including recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and search firms.
• Develops job advertisements and screens resumes and applications.
• Contacts candidates to assess fit and schedules interviews.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation.
• Initiates onboarding plans for new hires.
• Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 7+ years experience in Recruiting/HR in a corporate or staffing agency setting required. 4 additional years of experience can be substituted for degree.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR systems required.
• Experience with handling multiple priorities, working with sensitive data, situations, and using solid problem-solving and decision-making skills are imperative.
