About the role
Search Wizards is seeking a Recruiter I for a 12-month contract role (with potential to extend or convert) with our client in Nashville, TN. This position offers opportunities for growth and professional development while managing full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, extending offers, onboarding, and new hire orientation
- Source and recruit candidates for high-volume hiring initiatives while meeting aggressive hiring timelines
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Successfully manage, prioritize, and close multiple requisitions while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Track recruiting benchmarks, metrics, and hiring progress to ensure recruiting goals are met
- Participate in or lead technology hiring events, networking events, meetups, and user groups to generate qualified candidate pipelines
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Process employee status changes and conduct exit interviews as needed
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and recruiting team members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Follow established recruiting processes and guidelines while working under general supervision
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of recruiting experience or experience in a related field
- Experience supporting both high-volume and niche hiring initiatives
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, networking mixers, meetups, or user groups
- Strong candidate sourcing and candidate generation skills
- Experience with client or account management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight recruiting deadlines
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics, benchmarks, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-volume recruiting environment
- Knowledge of standard recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Pay
- Pay range: $33.66 – $38.66 per hour (compensation varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; rate subject to change)
