Recruiter I

About the role

We are hiring a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions. This is a fully remote, temp-to-perm position.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited
• Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
• Provide recruitment updates and keep management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
• Execute recruitment strategies including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintenance of recruitment materials
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) – Intermediate level
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
• Demonstrates customer service skills

Pay

Exempt/Salary: $58,000 - $62,000 annually
