Recruiter-Hybrid Position

About the Role

As a Recruiter at Dermatology Partners, you will play an instrumental role in providing quality candidates for employment who align with our company core values. You will support hiring managers with open positions and provide general support for the HR Department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle recruiting for each Dermatology Partners location in your territory.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
• Prepare job postings and post them to job boards and the ATS system.
• Coordinate qualified candidates with hiring managers, provide candidate feedback, extend verbal offers, and follow up with hiring procedures.
• Assist candidates during the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
• Perform customer service functions by answering candidate and employee requests and questions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Participate in and travel to industry events (e.g., career fairs) to build a talent pipeline.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to review open jobs, recruitment status, and candidate updates.
• Track time-to-fill and conversion rate of candidates to hires.
• Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends, and recruitment standards.
• Monitor the hiring process to identify areas for ongoing improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
