How You’ll Make a Difference (Essential Functions)

• Recruit and screen candidates using applicant tracking systems
• Manage inquiries and interview candidates
• Work with department managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop sourcing plans
• Guide applicants through the hiring process and assist with paperwork
• Follow up on new hire paperwork with HR Coordinator
• Perform reference and credential checks
• Participate in recruitment campaigns through various channels
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pools
• Deliver the best experience to potential candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Hiring
• Use applicant tracking system for screening of candidates
• Manage inquiries and questions from potential job seekers
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pools to efficiently fill open positions
• Aid in the full cycle hiring process including screening, selecting, scheduling, and interviewing
• Ensure all recruiting efforts align with the company's commitment to equity
• Make job offers verbally, in writing, and respond to candidate negotiations
• Follow up on new hire paperwork with HR Coordinator to ensure all requirements are met
• Perform reference and professional credential checks
• Other duties as assigned

You Bring (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent education/experience in related field
• Prior recruitment and human resource experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others
• Experience using industry specific software
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to be flexible in time and task to meet organizational needs
