How You’ll Make a Difference (Essential Functions)
- Recruit and screen candidates using applicant tracking systems
- Manage inquiries and interview candidates
- Work with department managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop sourcing plans
- Guide applicants through the hiring process and assist with paperwork
- Follow up on new hire paperwork with HR Coordinator
- Perform reference and credential checks
- Participate in recruitment campaigns through various channels
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pools
- Deliver the best experience to potential candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Hiring
- Use applicant tracking system for screening of candidates
- Manage inquiries and questions from potential job seekers
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pools to efficiently fill open positions
- Aid in the full cycle hiring process including screening, selecting, scheduling, and interviewing
- Ensure all recruiting efforts align with the company's commitment to equity
- Make job offers verbally, in writing, and respond to candidate negotiations
- Follow up on new hire paperwork with HR Coordinator to ensure all requirements are met
- Perform reference and professional credential checks
- Other duties as assigned
You Bring (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent education/experience in related field
- Prior recruitment and human resource experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others
- Experience using industry specific software
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to be flexible in time and task to meet organizational needs
