Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and develop effective recruitment and placement strategies.
  • Identifies, develops, and implements effective recruitment methods and sourcing strategies based on position requirements, to attract and hire qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to the following:
    • Posts job openings across multiple recruitment platforms and proactively manages candidate pipelines.
    • Conducts screening and placement interviews and evaluates candidates' qualifications, and skills.
    • Coincides interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
    • Aids in recommending candidates for hire, promotion, and transfer, as appropriate.
    • Guides candidates through the interview and selection process by setting clear expectations, providing timely communication and feedback, and negotiates offers.
    • Conducts reference check, background screening, and pre-employment processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintains current knowledge of recruitment trends, employment laws, and human resources best practices through ongoing professional development, including participation in webinars, and industry networking events.
  • Participates in career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives to promote the organization's employment opportunities.
  • Serves as a backup member of the onboarding team, providing support with new hire onboarding, orientations, and related post-offer activities as needed.
  • Performs other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of prior Human Resources experience required.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or healthcare-related environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
