Recruiter- Engineering & Technology

About the role

This role will be in support of our Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team, who is experiencing a hiring surge across our business.

Responsibilities

• sourcing for critical/hard to fill positions
• mining talent from our ATS
• managing referrals
• contacting candidates
• partnering with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process
• supporting hiring events and/or managing a req load with full lifecycle recruiting support
• performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• demonstrated track record in recruiting, sourcing and/or talent acquisition
• ability to work in a high volume, fast‑paced environment with attention to detail
• ability to work independently, think creatively, problem solve and follow process
• preference for candidates located near MD for occasional onsite support

Skills

• proficiency with ATS
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• other software tools/solutions as needed
