Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Partner with the Talent Sourcing Team and source qualified candidates using a variety of channels including databases, networking, internet tools, cold outreach, media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Review resumes based on required qualifications and conduct phone screens to recommend applicants to hiring managers.
- Consult with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to align on candidate profiles and hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records and applicant tracking data.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Promote the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a recruiting or customer service role.
- 2–4 years of experience recruiting for corporate functions or General & Administrative (G&A) roles.
- Experience reviewing resumes based on required qualifications and conducting phone screens to recommend applicants to hiring managers.
- Experience consulting with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Preferred: experience supporting or recruiting for roles within Human Resources, Finance, Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA), Business Development, Strategy & Ventures, Business Operations, or Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience recruiting for executive administration and business administration roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Understanding of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Location: Remote
Duration: 5 months
Pay Range*: $30.50 - $34.50 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non-Exempt
