For our client, we are seeking a Recruiter, Communications to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for communications-focused and closely related business functions, with a strong emphasis on senior-level and hard-to-fill roles. The position partners closely with hiring leaders to shape search strategy, provide market insight, and keep candidates engaged through a high-touch process. Data-driven recommendations will help inform hiring decisions and support efficient, effective recruiting outcomes across the organization. Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $240,000 – $295,000 annually Responsibilities Own recruitment searches from intake through offer Advise senior leaders on talent market insights Use data to provide actionable hiring recommendations Run efficient, high-touch recruiting processes for candidates Support hiring for Communications, Brand, and Marketing roles Qualifications 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Track record of closing senior, hard-to-fill roles Experience recruiting for communications or PR-related positions Ability to engage passive candidates through creative channels Experience in a high-growth technology company preferred Benefits Visa sponsorship is available Diversity in hiring practices Commitment to representation in AI development Hybrid working policy requiring at least 25% office presence Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
