Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate associated travel.
• Communicate interview details to candidates, ensuring they have all necessary information (directions, dress code, logistics, etc.).
• Enter and maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Consult with Hiring Managers to determine which candidates will progress to formal interviews.
• Solicit and document interview team and candidate feedback throughout the process, assisting Hiring Managers in making final selections.
• Utilize recruitment tools (Applicant Tracking System, professional/social networking platforms, employee referral program) to source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.
• Manage the negotiation and offer process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay

Compensation Range: $55,700.00 - $83,500.00 (USD, Salary). Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g., JD/technology), for example.
