Location: Herndon, VA (On‑Site)

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Build relationships with job seekers and guide them through the hiring process
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication
• Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Help candidates take the next step in their careers while driving business results

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• A self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high‑volume environment
• Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or similar experience is a plus

Pay

Competitive base plus incentive; $20.00 – $21.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other factors.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, business hours.
