About the role

This entry-level Recruiter role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and supporting candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You recruit, interview, check references, extend offers, and support new hire orientation, while also conducting exit interviews and processing employee status changes. You follow established processes and guidelines, work under close supervision, and play a key role in delivering a customer-obsessed candidate experience for a university hiring team during peak hiring periods. The role can be located in Seattle, WA, Arlington, VA, or Chicago, IL and is 100% onsite. This is a Contract position.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates proactively using various channels and tools to build strong talent pipelines for high-volume hiring needs.
• Reach out to potential candidates, introduce opportunities, and engage them throughout the recruitment process.
