Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide daily recreational and leisure activities that are physically challenging, educational, and constructive.
- Work as a member of the Student Services Department team.
- Report to the Clinical Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in therapeutic recreation or a related field.
- One to three years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture.
- Leadership ability to instill high-standard positive attitudes among staff and students.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively serve students.
Qualifications
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with youth in a residential setting preferred.
