Join Our Growing Team! Big Stone Therapies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Rehab Manager to lead and support our therapy services at Vitality Living in Aitken, MN. This unique dual-role position combines clinical practice with operational leadership, making it ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in both patient care and administrative oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of the operational success of all service lines
• Direct leadership and support to clinical teams
• Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations
• Collaborating with internal departments to maintain high-quality patient care
• Facilitating strategic planning and execution of clinic initiatives

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Therapy or Therapy Assistant program
• Must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in person
