Recreation - Pool & Beach Attendant - Seasonal (Summer 2026)

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and delivers genuine hospitality with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. This role is responsible for creating exceptional poolside and beach experiences by anticipating guest needs and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Four Seasons.

What You’ll Do

• Engage guests by proactively greeting them and offering a choice of seating
• Welcome guests to the pool and beach areas with warmth and professionalism
• Aid guests with seating arrangements and ensure seating areas are properly prepared and maintained
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, concerns, and service opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the pool and beach areas by clearing dishes, towels, linens, and other items
• Set up, maintain, and break down service stations, tables, buffets, and amenity areas
• Support Recreation and Food & Beverage operations while ensuring Four Seasons service standards are consistently upheld
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create seamless guest experiences

What To Bring

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Previous food and beverage, recreation, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests and team members
• Ability to carry and balance trays, transport supplies, and perform physical tasks in an outdoor environment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sun, wind, humidity, and rain
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to Four Seasons service excellence
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs
