Pool/Beach Attendant

About the role

The Pool & Beach Attendant is responsible for delivering outstanding service across all pool and beach areas, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and elevated outdoor experience. This role supports daily operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests with amenities, and coordinating with the Food & Beverage team.

This position is part of the Recreation/Pool & Beach team, reporting to Recreation Management.

What You Will Do

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, towels, and overall poolside setup
• Provide ongoing service throughout the day, ensuring a cheerful, attentive guest experience
• Deliver water service, towels, and daily amenities while maintaining an organized and welcoming environment
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, anticipating needs whenever possible
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and beach areas, including seating, pathways, and service stations
• Cook up and execute poolside activations and guest experiences
• Support Food & Beverage team by clearing plates, cups, napkins, and service items
• Transport and manage towels, linen, and bins between pool, beach, and laundry areas
• Provide accurate information about resort offerings and amenities
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to ensure seamless operations

What You Bring

• Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or guest service preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Basic food and beverage knowledge
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests professionally
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, service-driven attitude

Schedule & Hours

• Flexible schedule required, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round
