Job Duties: Design and oversee a diverse calendar of recreational, educational, and social activitiesCreate programs that reflect each resident's interests, abilities, and goalsOrganize special events, celebrations, community outings, and entertainmentLead, mentor, and schedule the activities team while coordinating volunteersWork collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to promote resident well-beingEnsure department documentation and programming meet all applicable regulatory requirementsJump in and actively participate in activities to create an engaging, welcoming atmosphere Job Requirements: Activities Director Certification (ADC) is preferredExperience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredOutstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skillsA positive attitude and genuine passion for improving the lives of older adults Why Join Our Team?
