Responsibilities

• Enhance the quality of life for residents/clients according to established policies, procedures, and objectives of the organization.
• Conduct one-to-one activities tailored to interpersonal needs to meet resident/client needs.
• Project a positive image of the organization when interacting with residents/clients, co-workers, and the public.
• Assist with errands, handle resident mail, and arrange flowers.
• Decorate for seasonal events and maintain cleanliness in activity areas and storage spaces.
• Photograph residents, serve special meals, and assist with baking activities.
• Engage in gardening and create craft projects.
