Responsibilities

- Assist with coordinating a wide variety of recreational and leadership activities.
- Promote student engagement, health, wellness, and positive social interaction.
- Support evening programming in partnership with CPP and Social Development teams.
- Cookout activities with community organizations and local resources.
- Maintain recreation areas and ensure student safety during activities.
- Track student participation and maintain accountability records.
- Maintain recreation equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Help create a fun, welcoming, and structured environment for students.
- Mentor students and model Career Success Standards.
- Support student leadership opportunities and recreation aide programs.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with youth, recreation, athletics, or group activities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead activities and engage students in a positive manner.
- Valid in-state driver's license required and must meet Company insurability requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications

Wednesday-Sun 3:00pm-12:00am / Monday & Tuesday Off
