Recreation Activities Coordinator | Full-Time

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate resort activities, special events.
  • Create, develop, and innovate activity concepts that enhance the guest experience and reflect the resort’s brand.
  • Cook up, organize, and dismantle all activity spaces, equipment, and materials in a safe, efficient, and organized manner.
  • Draft, update, and disseminate the resort’s activity guide, ensuring program information is accurate, engaging, and guest-friendly.
  • Communicate activity details across departments—Front Office, Recreation, Food & Beverage, and others—to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, enthusiastic manner that promotes participation and builds memorable experiences.
  • Assist with activity reservations, guest inquiries, and overall recreation support as needed.
  • Support the recreation team during peak periods, including holidays, weekends, and special events.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, recreation, events, or customer service preferred.
  • A genuine passion for guest service and a desire to create meaningful experiences for others.
  • Must be able to push, pull, lift, or move moderate weight as part of activity setup and breakdown.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
