Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

About the role

Compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals are sought to assist in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants up to 3 months old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure to help residents build healthy, sober lives
• Monitor residents’ well-being and document observations
• Administer medications as directed
• Assist residents with daily tasks and maintain confidentiality
• Respond to crises and support residents in achieving treatment goals
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Collect specimens as required
• Facilitate therapeutic and recreational activities
• Attend required trainings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
• Coursework in social work or a related field is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license
• DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed after hire)

Schedule

Second shift, 3:45 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., including every other weekend.

Pay

$17.75 per hour
