Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

About the role

Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' recovery by providing encouragement, daily support, and structured activities
• Monitor well-being and document observations
• Administer medications
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and daily tasks
• Respond to emergencies
• Facilitate treatment goals
• Transport residents
• Collect urine specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests
• Support educational and life skills activities
• Attend staff meetings and trainings
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services or residential care preferred
• Coursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire

Schedule

3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., including every other weekend.

Pay

$17.75/hour
