Recovery Support Professional - No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and serve as a positive role model for residents working toward recovery in a structured environment
• Assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meals, and developing life skills
• Document and maintain confidential client records accurately
• Administer medications and respond appropriately to emergencies and crises
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Collect urine specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests as needed
• Lead educational groups and support residents in achieving treatment goals
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license preferred; must meet driving requirements
• Completion of DHS training may be required after hire

Schedule

Part-time, with scheduled shifts on weekends during the first shift.
