Recovery Support Professional - No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor residents, serving as a positive role model
• Assist with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills development
• Maintain confidential records and complete documentation
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies appropriately
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Lead educational groups and support residents in achieving treatment goals
• Attend trainings and staff meetings

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Part-time role working every Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with benefits including paid time off, mileage reimbursement, retirement plan, and opportunities for growth.
