Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

The Adult Residential Support Professional role involves providing supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a substance use treatment and restorative justice environment. Responsibilities include building positive relationships while maintaining professional boundariesobserving, documenting, and reporting resident behaviors and progresssupporting residents in achieving treatment goalsresponding to emergencies and crisesmonitoring and administering medications and conducting urinalysesassisting with daily activities like meals, housekeeping, and transportationfacilitating educational and life skills groupsmaintaining confidentiality and professional communicationattending trainings and meetingsQualifications** include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to pass background and medical clearances, and strong communication skills.
