Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

About the role

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to provide daily support and supervision in a recovery-focused residential setting for men with substance use challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Provide medication support
• Document resident progress
• Facilitate groups
• Create a safe environment conducive to recovery
• Respond to crises
• Support individualized treatment goals
• Perform tests such as urinalysis and breathalyzer as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to support and supervise residents effectively
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Competency in medication assistance and crisis response
• Experience facilitating groups and supporting treatment plans
• Dependability, compassion, and dedication to recovery efforts

Schedule

Full-time role with evening hours, working Thursday through Monday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
