About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to provide support at Aspen Center in Waukesha County. This role involves assisting men in a residential substance use treatment environment, helping residents achieve their recovery goals. The role requires creating a safe, welcoming environment that fosters recovery and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and supervising residents with daily activities
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with medication management, transportation, meals, and life skills
- Responding to crisis situations to ensure safety
- Facilitating group sessions and supporting individualized treatment plans
- Performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as needed
