About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to join a recovery-focused residential treatment center for men. In this role, you will provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents, helping them achieve their treatment goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Provide medication support
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate records
- Transport residents as needed
- Facilitate group sessions
- Respond to crisis situations to ensure a safe environment
- Support individualized recovery plans
- Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer testing
Schedule
Full-time, Thursday–Monday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
