Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to provide daily support and supervision at Aspen Center, a facility offering residential substance use treatment for men. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, medication support, documentation, transportation, crisis response, and facilitating groups to foster a safe, recovery-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' progress toward treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and activities
• Provide medication support and assist with life skills development
• Respond to crises and maintain a safe environment
• Facilitate groups and activities that promote recovery
