Recovery Support Professional

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, recovery-focused support to adults and families in behavioral health and housing programs.
• Coach clients in daily living skills, goal setting, and self-advocacy to promote independence and community integration.
• Assist clients in navigating resources, appointments, and benefits.
• Accurately document services and client progress in electronic records.
• Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and housing staff within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in behavioral health or social services, either lived or professional.
• Strong boundaries and trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
