Recovery Support Professional

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, recovery-focused support to adults and families in behavioral health and housing programs
• Coach clients in daily living skills, goal setting, and self-advocacy to promote independence, dignity, and community integration
• Assist clients in navigating resources, appointments, and benefits
• Accurately document services and client progress in electronic records
• Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and housing staff as part of an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in behavioral health or social services, either lived or professional
• Strong boundaries and commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based practices
• Ability to work effectively within a mission-driven, client-centered, and collaborative environment
