Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and serve as a positive role model for residents
- Assist with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills
- Maintain confidential records and complete documentation
- Administer medications and respond to emergencies
- Transport residents and lead educational groups
- Collect specimens and support residents in achieving treatment goals
- Attend training and staff meetings
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver's license preferred
- DHS training available after hire
Schedule
Part-time, first shift, weekends, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
