Recovery Support Professional

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered, recovery-focused support to adults facing behavioral health and housing challenges.
• Offer coaching, skill-building, and advocacy to promote independence.
• Assist clients in developing independent living skills and connecting to community resources.
• Follow individualized service plans and support crisis and safety plans.
• Collaborate with clinicians and case managers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and services.
